Menu for week of July 24th
(there will not be meals the week of July 17th)

All items are gluten, dairy and sugar free  

Breakfast Options 

  1. Zucchini Muffins $36 per dozen or $18 per 1/2 dozen
    Contains zucchini, almonds, walnuts, lemons, apples, coconut oil and coconut sugar, sorghum and arrowroot flours, psyllium husk
  2. Spinach Tomato Egg Scramble $6 each
    Contains eggs, tomatoes, ghee, onion, turmeric, red bell pepper, spinach, seasonings
  3. Lemon Granola $12 (2 cups)
    Contains oats, coconut, almonds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, sunflower seeds, lemon, maple syrup, vanilla
  4. Title
    Contains oats, applesauce, almond milk, coconut sugar, vanilla, cinnamon

Snack and Dessert Options

  1. Sunflower Spread (1 cup) w/Cucumber $6
    Contains sunflower seeds, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and cucumbers (on the side)
  2. Baked Apple Dessert $5 each
    Contains apple, lemon juice, maple syrup, dried cranberries, pecans, cinnamon, nutmeg (Please specify when ordering if you need an ingredient omitted)

Lunch and Dinner Options $13 per serving   (1 adult serving = 2 child portions)  V = Vegetarian

  1. Kung Pao Shrimp w/Brown Rice or Quinoa (V-without shrimp)
    Contains shrimp, Tamari, onion, bell peppers, celery, garlic, seasonings, brown rice or quinoa (please specify when ordering)
  2. Roasted Chicken w/Green Beans and Cauliflower Couscous
    Contains antibiotic free, hormone free chicken, lemon, ghee, seasonings, green beans, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, parsley, basil, red bell pepper, dried apricots, sunflower seeds, sea salt
  3. Kale Salad w/Citrus Dressing (Chicken or Chickpeas-V)
    Contains kale, tomatoes, walnuts, celery, olives, goat cheese, and your choice of chicken or chickpeas on top or neither. Dressing: orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, honey and seasonings
  4. Pot Roast w/Roasted Potatoes and Carrots, GF Cornbread
    Contains beef, potatoes, carrots, onions, seasonings, Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free, Dairy-Free Cornbread
  5. Garlic & Lemon Basil Pasta Salad (V)
    Contains chickpea pasta, garlic, lemon and basil and extra virgin olive oil
All orders must be placed by Thursday at midnight the week before.
Orders must be picked up Monday evening between 6:00-7:00 pm at 1824 Joan Drive, Lexington, KY 40505
 Cash, Check or CC payment expected at pick-up.
Unless other arrangements are made, any orders not picked up by 7:00 pm will be donated. 
Payment is expected for all orders.
